Needle and Thread is a live performance created as part of the Lip Service exhibition project. The performance consists of three visual scenes: 1. Needle and Thread, 2. Pearls and Gloves, and 3. Funeral. These sections function like chapters in a book. The performance addresses external restrictions imposed on women, aimed at controlling the female body and social behavior. The total duration of the performance is approximately 30-45 minutes.
