Female Laboratory is Nisonen´s solo-performance structured in four episodes, blending elements of installation, live action, and surrealism. The work explores themes of transformation, labor, and the female form within a controlled, almost clinical, environment. Central to the performance are acts of preparation, manipulation, and eventual metamorphosis involving objects that evoke both domestic and institutional settings, highlighting tensions between care, control, and embodiment.
